Helping Your Clients Release Equity From Their Homes

Commision share
on procuration fee

Strict no
cross-sell policy

Independent lifetime
mortgage advice

Dedicated advisers with
specialist qualifications

As independent advisers Sentry Lifetime understand the delicate nature of referring clients to another firm. You want your reputation maintained, clients protected and to earn well for the introduction. We pride ourselves on being able to deal with all three.

Your reputation, like ours, means everything and we treat your clients as you would, making sure they receive the best service and advice. With a very strict no-cross sell policy we will only ever provide the services you give us permission to. We will pass back any client requests for auxiliary services like Will Writing, Insurances or Conveyancing or if you wanted us to run any additional services we will make sure you receive a commission on anything earned.

Equity Release referrals are a lucrative way of offering your clients the full package without the need for learning new products or obtaining specialist qualifications, we offer a generous 25% commission share on any procuration fee received and deal directly with your client.
